Privacy notice

Who we are

Saravus OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to success@saravus.com about anything in this notice. Our full company details are in our legal notice. We haven't appointed a data protection officer.

This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and to keep the site running.

When you send us a brief

We collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, country and the details of the program you describe. We use it to reply, prepare feasibility and a quote, and keep a record of the conversation. Our legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). To stop form abuse, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for 24 hours. We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them.

People we contact in programs we run

Our programs send enterprise technology content to people whose job makes it relevant. Every program records where each contact came from, the consent route used for their country and whether we act as controller or processor. Every message says who is writing and how to stop hearing from us, and we keep a suppression list so anyone who objects is never contacted again.

Who processes data for us

Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Supabase Inc. hosts our database in Frankfurt, Germany. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd provides our email. Anthropic PBC provides the AI models our agents use, for example to read a brief and draft a reply, and does not use that content to train its models. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses. The full sub-processor list is attached to every data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to success@saravus.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, www.aki.ee.
