Home / How it works

One engine, ten stages, and a named person at every checkpoint.

This page walks a program from brief to pipeline: what the agents do at each stage, who approves it, what you see, and what you can hold us to in the program agreement.

Two business daysFrom a complete brief to feasibility and a firm price
Nine Saravus checkpointsPlus your own approval of final copy
Ten checks per leadRun before any batch is released
Daily pacingTracked against the program plan

Every stage has an owner, an output and a checkpoint.

Read across for a stage, down for a role. Agents do the work in the first lane, our people sign in the second, and you stay in control in the third.

Agents do
Read the brief, TAL and suppressions, and list the gaps
Count reach by country, role and size, then draft the price
Match accounts, map roles, set consent per contact, suppress customers and open opportunities
Write the master, then each language, in the program's brand
Build sequences paused, check domains and warm-up
Pace daily, pause on bounce or complaint spikes, triage replies
Run ten checks and write each lead's audit trail
Map fields for MAP and CRM, deliver daily
Spot intent surges, find missing roles, propose follow-up
Process returns, replace or credit, feed reasons back into checks

Yellow diamonds mark a Saravus person signing. White diamonds mark a decision that stays with you. Pausing a program and honoring an opt-out are the only actions an agent takes on its own, because both reduce risk.

Ten checks run on every lead before a person releases it.

Every program states where its contacts come from and who controls the data.
